Archdale Real Estate

Archdale Real Estate

If you are looking for the casual, relaxed atmosphere of a small town but don’t want to be too far from the excitement and amenities of bigger cities, you will love Archdale. Located on the outskirts of High Point and only 20 minutes from Greensboro, Archdale is close to the I-85 and I-74 traffic corridors.

Archdale was previously known as Bush Hill and was a Quaker settlement. The area’s history can still be seen today at The Moses Hammond House and Harper House, both listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Bush Hill Heritage Festival is held every year and is one of the largest in North Carolina.

A great family neighborhood, Archdale is home to Kersey Valley Attractions – which has zip lines, ropes course, escape room, laser tag and more – and Creekside Park and Greenway – which has tennis courts, baseball, softball and t-ball fields, walking trails and a disc golf course.

Archdale is also close to Thomasville as well as Holly Ridge Golf Links, an 18-hole course designed by Jim Bivins.
